I began my career in real estate, where I built and scaled a company to over $300 million in transactions. That experience shaped my approach to business: growth is rarely limited by opportunity—it’s limited by systems, structure, and execution.

Formerly, I served as Chief Strategy Officer at ExpertPays, where I lead strategic initiatives across product, operations, and technology. My work has focused on modernizing the company’s infrastructure—designing internal platforms, implementing KPI frameworks, improving financial visibility, and aligning teams around measurable performance. This has included everything from deploying new client-facing systems to restructuring internal workflows and renegotiating financial structures to support scalable growth.
